Company-wide operations manager, is a former State Forensic Engineer, and has over 35 years of experience in the Traffic/Transportation/Civil engineering field. He has provided testimony in depositions and courtroom trials thoughout the country and has testified on accident reconstruction, traffic engineering, road design, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering and human factors. More than half of his work involves human factors engineering.

| Former accident reconstructionist for Verifact Corporation in San Antonio, Texas, providing analysis of linear and rotational momentum, speed from crush and skid marks as well as electronic surveys and vehicle inspection/documentation. Has been the program manager for the Nevada Automotive Test Center, responsible for verifying vehicle stability and handling capabilities for everything from passenger cars & trucks to massive land movers and other heavy duty construction equipment.

Trained and Educated in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at the Prague Technical University, where he also trained other staff in system and network administration. Highly proficient at accident reconstruction, and is considered one of the best using sophisticated computer simulation software such as 3D Studio Max, PC Crash, and AutoCAD. He is currently our Mechanical & Software Reconstructionist, and also operates our Leica ScanStation Laser surveying instrument and is expert in the use of the Leica Cyclone & CloudWorks software.

Our Physicist/Electrical Engineer, has been with us since February of 2006. He manages projects, conducts/assists in site inspections, and provides document summaries for various cases. He has also been through a variety of auto/vehicle training classes including one for servicing engines on large metropolitan busses, and he has participated in various vehicle inspections. He comes to us from the aerospace industry, and is in process of obtaining two advanced degrees.
